INC. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
All orders are F.O.B. our factory, Brooklyn, NY.
CLAIMS:
Acceptance in proper order by common carrier from LAMM INDUSTRIES,
INC. makes shipment property of the consignee. All claims for
damage, breakage or losses (concealed or obvious) must be made
within the time specified by ICC regulations. LAMM INDUSTRIES,
INC. does not assume responsibility for damages incurred during
transit.
FREIGHT: LAMM
INDUSTRIES, INC. reserves the right to examine at a dealer's
location any merchandise claimed to be defective and to inspect any
merchandise and applicable shipping records in claims of "short
shipment."
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
All products returned to LAMM INDUSTRIES, INC. for any reason must
have a Return Authorization and must be documented. Credit or
exchange will be issued only after merchandise had been inspected
and approved, and will be based on dealer's cost for the products in
question, less any necessary cost for repair, refurbishing or
repacking.
